Who we are

Insurance brokerage is provided by Trade Risk Solutions Pte Ltd, a MAS Registered Insurance Broker. Road+ is distributed by AA Singapore and underwritten by ECICS Limited.

Our role

Trade Risk Solutions Pte Ltd acts as your insurance broker. We arrange the policy on your behalf. We are not an agent of ECICS Limited, and ECICS Limited is the insurer and underwriter of the policy.

What we do for you

• Provide the Road+ digital quote and checkout experience
• Collect the information ECICS Limited needs to assess and issue the policy
• Submit quote and policy requests to ECICS Limited
• Support policy, cancellation, cooling-off, and complaint enquiries
• Keep broker records required for compliance and audit purposes

Your responsibilities

• Give complete and accurate information in the checkout flow
• Check that you meet the policy eligibility rules before buying
• Review the premium, coverage area, policy documents, and exclusions before payment
• Tell us promptly if submitted information needs to be corrected

Premiums and payment

Any price shown before the ECICS quote step is indicative. ECICS Limited confirms the final premium before hosted payment. Road+ does not collect or store card details.

Remuneration

Trade Risk Solutions Pte Ltd may earn commission from ECICS Limited for arranging the policy. The commission is included in the premium quoted to you.
