How Road+ handles your personal data

This notice explains what Trade Risk Solutions Pte Ltd collects, why it is needed, who receives it, and how you can exercise your PDPA rights.

Personal data we collect

We collect the information needed to prepare and issue a Road+ policy:

NRIC or FIN
Date of birth
Residential address
Mobile number
Email address
Full name

Why we use it

We use your personal data only for purposes connected with Road+:

Policy issuance through ECICS Limited
Broker record-keeping by Trade Risk Solutions Pte Ltd
Customer support for quotes, policies, cancellations, and claims
Regulatory audit and compliance checks

Who receives it

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Road+ service:

ECICS Limited, the insurer and underwriter
Vercel Inc., hosting in the Singapore region
Neon, database services in the Singapore region
Upstash, temporary cache services in the Singapore region
Sentry, error tracking with personal data scrubbed before use

How long we keep it

Policy records are kept for 5 years after policy expiry for broker record-keeping and regulatory purposes.
NRIC, date of birth, and residential address are not retained beyond the checkout session.
Temporary session data is cleared when it is no longer needed to complete the quote or payment flow.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy complaint. Email road-plus@trade-risksol.com. You may also complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and analytics

The checkout uses an essential session cookie only. We do not load third-party tracking on checkout pages and do not allow analytics tools to receive form fields.

Cross-border transfers

Road+ is configured so checkout personal data stays in Singapore. ECICS Limited is a Singapore insurer, and the hosting, database, and temporary cache services are configured for Singapore regions. Sentry receives scrubbed error telemetry without checkout personal data.
