How to raise a complaint

We handle complaints through a monitored inbox and will work with you to review the issue clearly and fairly.

Contact us first

Email your complaint to road-plus@trade-risksol.com. Include your name, contact details, policy or quote reference if available, and a short description of what happened.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your complaint and route it to the right reviewer.
  2. We may ask for documents or clarification so we can assess the issue.
  3. We provide a written response or update once the review is complete.

Escalation to FIDReC

If your complaint remains unresolved within 21 days, you may escalate it to the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd at https://fidrec.com.sg.
