  • Copy of your rental agreement
  • Photos of the damage
  • Police report (if applicable)
  • Invoice from rental company for repair costs

  • Our assessors review the damage photos
  • We may contact the rental company directly
  • You'll receive updates via WhatsApp

  • Off-road driving or racing activities

  • Driving without valid CDW from rental company
  • Trucks, vans, buses, motorcycles, motorhomes, RVs
  • Peer-to-peer or car-sharing rentals (e.g., Turo)
  • Drivers outside age range (19-99 years)
